Auth Sources

USP supports external authentication sources (Auth Sources) to validate Users who access the USP Admin UI and REST API. This feature can centralize authentication and simplify user management.

Currently, USP supports the following authentication source:

User LDAP Authentication

Defines the LDAP Connection and LDAP Query used for authenticating Users to the USP Admin UI.

SAML SSO Mapping

Defines attribute mappings for a specific SAML SSO provider used for authenticating Users to the USP Admin UI.

OIDC SSO Mapping

Defines attribute mappings for a specific OIDC/OAuth 2.0 SSO provider used for authenticating Users to the USP Admin UI.
