Installation and Configuration Roadmap

This guide outlines the essential steps for installing, configuring, and activating UDMG.

UDMG is composed of two components that work together to manage configuration and provide MFT services:

• UDMG Server
• UDMG Admin UI

A typical deployment involves installing both components. However, the UDMG Admin UI is required only when configuration and monitoring need to be performed through a graphical user interface. In environments managed exclusively through the UDMG REST API, the Admin UI can be omitted. For security or operational reasons, it may also be installed on a separate node.

This roadmap provides a sequential, high-level checklist and links to detailed guides for each phase of the installation and configuration process.
