Logging In to WTC

When you first open WTC, you will be taken to the login screen.

You may login with a username/password or Single Sign-On (SSO), depending on Authentication configurations set by administrative Users in UDMG.

If the Login Method of your Account is Standard or LDAP, you must log in with a username and password. If your Login Method is SAML or OIDC/OAuth 2.0, you must log in with SSO. You can choose from a number of Identify Providers when configuring SSO in UDMG. See Single Sign-On for details.

If your Account requires Two-Factor Authentication (available for Standard and LDAP authentication), you must log in with a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP).
